NYC in Bloom: Witch Hazel

It still hasn't gotten warm in NYC but signs of Spring are starting to appear.  First up: Hamamelis, or witch hazel.  You may use an astringent made from the bark and leaves of this plant on you face, but right now, you can really appreciate this plant's little promise of Spring.
